Title ExplanationEdit

"Locating the hypothesis" refers to the fact that it takes a lot more information to actually locate likely hypotheses out of all possibilities than it does to determine whether those elevated possibilities are actually true or not. In this case, it refers to Dumbledore's hypothesis that Harry's father's rock is important, when there is no evidence for that to be the case and has a very low prior probability of being true.
